We accept orders via www.biatova.com or design exhibitions, pop up stores etc. We advise you to contact us at info@juliabiatova.com before making a purchase to clarify the availability of jewellery, the timing of production of the jewellery to order, payment and delivery options convenient for you and us. After receiving your request we’ll contact you for further details and confirmation of order. It is important to understand that each piece of jewellery is handmade, and each pearl or stone has its own unique shade, so even identical jewellery designs will be different. Note also that the colors and shades of precious metals, stones, and pearls may differ slightly from the colors in the photo.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LEAD TIMES
We carry both “made to order” and “in stock” pieces. Made to order pieces are custom produced for you when you place your order, and are shipped upon completion by our jewelers, within approximately 8 to 12 weeks of purchase. In stock pieces ship within approximately 1-3 business days of purchase. Please note that certain pieces may have different lead times, and all lead times specified are estimates only.

DAMAGE AND REPAIR
Jewellery is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
But we take care of our reputation, so we take care of problems related to our products.
If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require you to send us an email to info@juliabiatova.com within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide your name, purchase confirmation, problem description and product photos. We will try to find a solution or give advice. We reserve the right to reject any request for a refund, exchange or repair.
